In our accommodation facilities we provide guests with free wireless internet access via wi-fi. The password for the connection is available at the hotel reception or directly in the room in the printed hotel information.

Internet Use Rules

The guest is obliged to use the internet in accordance with the legislation applicable to the Czech Republic and the EU. The guest must not knowingly misuse the internet connection to disseminate illegal content, attack other users in discussion forums, spread alarm messages, misleading information, or messages with vulgar or racist content.

Liability And Cooperation With Authorities

As an internet service provider, we are neither able nor entitled to interfere with the way a guest uses the internet, and we therefore distance ourselves from any illegal activity committed by a guest in connection with the use of the free internet connection. If illegal activity is detected, state authorities may request the guest's identification data from the accommodation establishment and the establishment must provide the requested information without delay. The establishment must also inform the guest as soon as possible what identification data was provided and for what purpose.

If informing the guest immediately would interfere with a successful investigation, the guest shall be informed on the basis of the instructions of the investigating authority.
