Visitors to the Site can submit personal information through subscription and entry forms, booking forms, requests for more information, e-mails, response devices, or similar methods. Depending on the service you are accessing, we may ask for your name, e-mail address, preferences, credit card number, or mailing address.

We generally do not collect sensitive information such as details of your race, political beliefs, religion, or health. This may only be required when we provide specialised services, for example access requirements for a disability.

Why We Collect Data

We use this personal information to provide our products and services, share tourism and hospitality information, and help deliver a better service to you. The information is recorded by the hotel or business that receives it and updated when additional information is supplied or requested.

Your personal information may also be used to notify you about new products, services, or promotions. It is only made available to authorised individuals who need to handle it for the purposes described in this policy.

We also disclose personal information when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to assist an enforcement body or to lessen or prevent a threat to individual or public health or safety. Reasonable steps are taken to protect personal information from loss, unauthorised access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure.

Data Processing For Purposes Given By Law Or Given By Mutual Contract

By submitting your e-mail address you agree to the processing of your data for the purposes required by law, by the contract between you and Garzotto Hotels & Resorts s.r.o., and by third parties such as ATP Airport Transfer Prague.

The data may be processed manually or in password-protected electronic systems by assigned responsible workers, always fairly and with due confidentiality. Appropriate security measures are in place to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use, and unauthorised access.

You may contact us at any time at assistant@ghotels.cz to consult, integrate, modify, or cancel your personal data, or to oppose its use, either totally or partially. The data processor does not intend to provide the data in third countries.

If you believe your data may be processed in an unauthorised way, please contact the Czech authority for personal data protection at www.uoou.cz.

Data Processing For Marketing Purposes

By submitting your e-mail address you agree to your data being processed for marketing, advertising, and promotion purposes related to the services you look for. We keep your data only as long as you allow us to do so, and the same processing principles apply as above.

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority is a supervisory body monitoring consumer protection. In conformity with the Civil Code, no right of withdrawal from the accommodation contract arises for the accommodated person as a consumer as long as the accommodation facility provides the contractual performances within the designated deadlines.

According to the Sales Records Act, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer and to register the received sales online; in case of technical failure, within 48 hours at the latest.

The privacy policy may change from time to time. The policy was last updated in May 2018 according to GDPR EU 2016/679.
