How can I pay?
Card payment is preferred for stays, extras, and city tax; major international cards are accepted. Cash payment is possible in CZK.

Yes - our multilingual reception team is available around the clock.
What if I arrive late?
Reception is open 24/7, so late arrivals can be handled directly on arrival.

All rooms include individual climate control with both heating and air-conditioning.
How is housekeeping handled?
Rooms receive daily service. Linens are changed every third day unless you request more frequent changes.
Is luggage storage available?
Yes. Luggage storage is available at reception for early arrivals and late departures.
How quiet are the rooms?
Most rooms are quiet, but comfort can vary by room orientation and historic layout. Contact reception if you prefer a quieter room setup.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not permitted at the hotel.

Národní třída (metro line B) and nearby tram stops are within a short walk; tickets can be purchased at metro stations, at stops, or directly on trams and buses via contactless terminals.
How far are the main sights?
Most central landmarks are reachable on foot or by short tram/metro rides, depending on your route and timing.
Is parking available nearby?
The hotel does not have on-site parking. Parking spaces in nearby garages can be reserved via Mr. Parkit.
Can you help with airport or station transfers?
Yes - contact reception to arrange a private transfer from the airport or station.
